Hello Cary Reynolds! 

My name is James Mead. I am excited to join Cary Reynolds’ fantastic community of teachers, students, and families! 

Before coming to Cary Reynolds, I spent the past seven and a half years at Montclair Elementary. Most recently, I served as Montclair’s MTSS Specialist. I have also taught in the classroom as an ESOL and Gifted teacher.

I am a native of Atlanta, GA, and currently reside in Tucker with my wife and two-year-old daughter. I attended Georgia State University for my B.S. in Early Childhood Education, Mercer University for my M.E.D., and returned to Georgia State for my Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. 

I’m looking forward to joining the Cary Reynolds leadership team and working together to meet the needs of our students and families!
